Emily joined Bob in November of 2022 as a Client Relationship Associate. Now in her role as Head of Client Experience she has a passion for serving others and exceeding clients’ expectations. As a mother to four boys, being organized is highly valued to her. Emily was born and raised in Westerville, Ohio, and attended Ohio University. She now resides with her husband, children, and dog in Delaware, Ohio. She spends most weekends at soccer and/or baseball fields and enjoys cheering her boys on from the sidelines. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, baking, and walking their dog.
