Based in Lancaster, PA, Ryan and his wife, Sarah, share their home with two Australian Shepherds, Jackson and Cooper, who they spoil endlessly. In his free time, Ryan enjoys taking on home improvement projects, exploring new breweries while traveling, relaxing with his wife over good (and sometimes bad) TV, or unwinding with video games.

With nearly a decade in the Wealth Management industry, Ryan’s journey spans from working at a start-up firm alongside Bob to becoming Chief Technology Officer of a firm with over $2 billion in assets. He now serves as Chief Operating Officer at Balance Wealth, where he’s committed to developing systems that optimize efficiency and accountability, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
