What does Balance mean to me? “Balance means accepting the beautiful chaos of life. Between raising three boys, managing our household and focusing on my career, I've learned to let go of some of the small things in order to focus on what's really important - faith, family and our passions.”

A Series 65 licensed advisor, Nora is also a Certified Project Management Professional. She co-founded Bolt Financial Group with Shaun Carney, CFP® in 2018 and since then has truly found her passion helping individuals and families by making intentional financial decisions consistent with their goals.
She understands the challenges that come with managing and balancing family, home and financial affairs. Experienced in handling the unique planning needs of career focused and busy families, she enjoys providing clarity in a strategy to plan for all of life’s unexpected turns.
Nora and her husband, Ken have three amazingly crazy and beautiful boys all under 4 years old – Luca, Leo, and Micah. When she’s not at Jui Jitsu practice, soccer matches, basketball games, or breaking up a wrestling match between the oldest and middle child, you can find her cheering on the Air Force football team, where her husband coaches Inside Linebackers. With any free time available, Nora enjoys running, hiking with their dog Millie, movie nights with her family and watching the boys play outside in the cool Colorado summer nights.
She Graduated from The University of Toledo summa cum laude and was a D1 athlete, winning three conference championships and making three NCAA tournament appearances. She has a unique background in marketing, account management and project management, working with Fortune 500 Companies. Nora has created opportunities both personally and professionally to be a part of what she terms ‘championship caliber teams’. You will find that same mentality at Balance Wealth.
